On July 25, 2024, the Board on Professional Responsibility approved amendments to Board Rules 3.11, 4.2, 7.1, 7.6, 7.12, 7.14, 9.7, 9.8, 11.1, 11.2, 11.4, 12.1, 13.1, 13.4, 15.2, 17.7, 19.2, 19.5, 19.6, 19.8, which were formally promulgated by Board order dated August 5, 2024.
